This is in addition to covering a standing 15,000 USD debt, resulting from the legal persecution of Israeli anti-wall demonstrators.

Qalandiya checkpoint, the gate that strangles the Ramallah area, and that isolates it from Jerusalem, was the ending point of a march along the path of the wall - from Jenin to Jerusalem.
In this empowering event, demonstrators - Palestinians, Internationals and Israelis - were able to challenge the checkpoint, even if just for a short time, and break through and occupy it.
